Ice Creams and Sorbets

The ice-cream machine I used is the one with the paddle and the container that you must chilled in the freezer. It was a surprise wedding present from our friends Wenying and Tom and I wasn’t sure at first if I would use it enough to justify the space it would take in my already very full kitchen/pantry. Not more doubt, I love this machine. We’ve made wonderful ice creams and sorbets using it, and you can find the recipes below.
